  1. Enter your Zammad server URL (e.g. https://support.example.com)
  2. In Zammad, click your profile picture (bottom-left) → Profile → Token Access
  3. Create a new token with permission: ticket.agent
  4. Copy the token and paste it into the app

Your administrator has disabled token access. Ask them to go to Settings → System → API and enable "Token Access".

Push notifications require a one-time setup by your Zammad administrator:

  1. Go to notification.zamio.kaju.pl/setup.html
  2. Enter your Zammad server URL and choose an HMAC secret token
  3. Copy the generated webhook URL
  4. In Zammad: Manage → Webhook → create a new webhook with the URL and the same signature token
  5. Create a Trigger that fires this webhook on ticket changes

After setup, users can enable push notifications in the app under Settings → Push Notifications.

  • Make sure your administrator has set up the webhook (see above)
  • Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings for the Zamio app
  • Toggle notifications off and on again in app Settings

Yes. Log out and log in with a different server URL. Push notifications will work for whichever server you are currently logged into.
