## How does it work?

1. Download Zamio from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Enter your Zammad server URL (e.g., https://support.yourcompany.com).
3. Create an API token in Zammad (Profile → Token Access) with ticket.agent permission.
4. Paste the token in Zamio to connect.
5. Optionally, your Zammad administrator can set up webhook-based push notifications via https://notification.zamio.kaju.pl/setup.html.
